Fewer cars have as much cool factor as a bright red 1950s American pickup truck (although we may be biased!).
This stunning truck is a rare and desirable 1958 Chevrolet Apache that started its life in Texas, USA and looks sensational thanks to a complete and detailed restoration in 2020.
The iconic and curvaceous bodywork has been treated to a flawless paint job in fire truck red which is complemented by perfect chrome details everywhere you look. Chrome American Racing style wheels and dual side exit exhausts give the truck and aggressive look and the bed area has been so beautifully finished you’d nearly be afraid to ever put anything in it!
The same attention to detail has been given inside, too, with new carpet, new two-tone bench seat, upgraded Dakota gauge pack, new Bluetooth radio, new heater and a tilting sunroof.
The upgrades aren’t just aesthetic, either.
A gleaming crate 350cu (5.7l) V8 with 300bhp sits up front and is mated to 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission which delivers power to a Chevy Camaro rear axle. Coilover suspension has also been fitted along with servo-assisted disc brakes, Fat Man rack and pinion steering and a Mustang II style front end.
The overall result is a jaw-dropping truck that looks sensational and drives just as good.
The truck has covered just 2000 miles since its restoration and is ready to be enjoyed.
