Honda Legend

9,995.00

As the result of a seemingly unlikely partnership with the Austin Rover Group in the 1980’s, the Honda Legend was born as the brand’s flagship executive saloon (the 800 Series being Rover’s equivalent) and boasted many innovations for the time.

This late-production 1990 example is a UK supplied car (production moved from UK to Japan in 1988) and is a testament to Honda’s build quality given its remarkable original condition.

Presented in completely standard format (including its original radio) with 94k miles on the clock, the car has been beautifully maintained and preserved, and boasts an impressive spec.

Alloy wheels, front fog lights, leather upholstery, electric driver’s seat, all-electric windows, electric sunroof, electric wing mirrors, cruise control and climate control are all standard equipment and, unsurprisingly, they all still work 35 years on.

The 2.7 V6 petrol engine is a wonderfully smooth unit and, coupled with the 4-speed automatic gearbox, make for an effortless drive in remarkable comfort.

A large history file accompanies the car showing that it had a timing belt replacement last year, and that a major service was just carried out with a new speed sensor and brake master cylinder fitted.

An unusual and very well appointed executive classic car that could be used every day.

Viewing strictly by appointment. All cars supplied with valid NCT where appropriate.
