Volkswagen Golf GTI Adidas Edition

Volkswagen have produced various special editions over the Golf’s lifespan, but the Mk6 GTI Adidas Edition might be one you’re not familiar with.

This 2011 example originally started its life in Japan before being recently imported Ireland, and is one of just 350 RHD examples ever produced (4,060 LHD were made).

Finished in gleaming pearlescent white, this 5 door GTI may appear like any other well maintained example on the road, but its one-off 18″ diamond-cut wheels and discreet Adidas badging on the B-pillar will tell you otherwise.

The unique interior is where things are slightly less subtle! There are flashes of red panels and stitching, and the iconic triple stripe and logo of Adidas adorn each seat.

The 2.0 turbo engine has been optioned with the much-loved DSG automatic gearbox and the 200bhp on offer makes any trip an adventure. The Mk6 GTI – especially in 5 door format – really is an epic all-rounder.

The car has just been serviced, the wheels have been refurbsished and a fresh NCT obtained.

This is a very well presented limited edition GTI with proper collector credentials.
