Porsche 911T

74,995.00

Seen by many as the purest form of the legendary marque, this narrow-body short-wheelbase 911T from 1968 was previously owned by a Porsche collector in Holland before being imported into Ireland 16 years ago.

Having luckily survived the salt ridden roads of Europe for the first part of its life, this original US, dry state Californian car is in beautiful condition owing, in part, to a previous restoration to a high standard.

Purchased by our client over 16 years ago, this beautiful car has been maintained by none other than Jon Miller of Classic Carreras to a very high standard. Most recently, the triple Webers have been fully rebuilt and have the car singing on song while on full acceleration.

The original interior is a timewarp with its upgraded Momo Protipo steering wheel, basketweave trim, and that central tacho peering through the steering wheel. Looking around you know the car has been lovingly cared for while still retailing its original patina. The dog leg gearbox is ever so 60s Porsche and performs faultlessly with no synchro noise whatsoever.

The odometer indicates the car has covered 71k miles and it feels every bit as tight as the mileage suggests.

This is a beautiful and sympathetically restored 911 icon that not only looks incredible but drive’s beautifully too from the golden age of Porsche design.
