Once holding the position of the fastest automatic car in the world, the SL55 AMG is a car that needs little introduction.

This black on black 2004 car is presented in wonderful original condition and still commands your attention after 21 years.

The black bodywork is excellent throughout and the iconic 19″ multi-spoke wheels have just been refurbished to keep the car looking its best.

The interior is of the same impeccable standard and a more comfortable and better equipped cockpit from the period would be hard to find. The refinements are many with fully electric heated seats with massage function, Bose sound system with upgraded Pioneer head unit, additional sunroof in the hard top plus far too many other accessories to mention.

The engine is the real star of the show, however. The bulletproof 5.4 supercharged V8 is nothing short of epic boasting 510bhp, 720nm of torque, 0-60mph in 3.8 seconds and a limited top speed of 155mph (202mph if de-restricted). Oh, and it sounds sensational, too.
