BMW M6 V10

This BMW M6 is a superb example of the iconic V10-powered E63, finished in Sapphire Black and presented in outstanding condition throughout. It’s a car that has clearly been owned and maintained by someone who understood what these cars need, both mechanically and cosmetely.

The paintwork is in fantastic order, having undergone a full paint correction and ceramic coating by OCD Detailing in 2023. The car has always been garaged and was stored in a Carcoon during winter months, which shows in the depth and clarity of the finish today.

The carbon fibre roof is in excellent condition, the wheels have been professionally refurbished, and the car sits on Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres, exactly what you want on an M car of this calibre. Mechanically, this is where the car really separates itself.

The all-important rod bearing replacement was carried out at 66,000 miles using ACL bearings and ARP bolts, with the work completed by Mr Vanos in the UK. This is the single most important preventive job on the S85 V10 and it has already been done correctly. Throttle actuators have also been replaced with upgraded units from Rebuild Actuators Ltd, benefiting from a lifetime warranty.

Further work includes a new Bosch fuel pump with filter, new Bosch injectors, a full differential and gearbox service using genuine BMW fluids, and a complete power steering flush with a new reservoir and filter fitted. The car has recently been serviced with Fuchs 10W60 oil, oil filter, spark plugs and air filters. Braking is taken care of by four genuine BMW brake discs, new pads and HEL stainless braided brake lines, giving strong, confidence-inspiring performance. An Eisenmann sport rear exhaust has been fitted, releasing the full character of the V10 without being intrusive or overbearing — it sounds exactly as an M6 should.

The car comes with full service history, two keys, and a comprehensive file of invoices documenting the work carried out. It is NCT tested until October 2026, ready to be enjoyed immediately. Evo Magazine once summed up the V10 M6 perfectly, calling it “a four-seat GT with the heart of a racing car — a howling, naturally aspirated V10 that feels utterly special every time you extend it.”

That sentiment rings true here. Cars like this simply aren’t made anymore. This is not an entry-level M6. It’s a properly sorted, enthusiast-owned example of one of BMW M’s most ambitious and charismatic cars — and one that represents exceptional value for what it offers today.
