Volkswagen Golf VR6

We love a good hot hatch, but what about a ‘Mega Hatch’?

The Golf VR6 is often credited with being the first car to achieve this accolade, mainly thanks to the narrow-angle 2.8 V6 crammed in under the bonnet, and history has shown the VR6 hype is definitely worth it.

This 1995 5-door Auto example started life in Japan before a stint in the UK and finally now Ireland, and is in beautiful original condition having only covered just shy of 28k miles over its 2 owners (1 in Japan, and 1 in UK).

The black bodywork is straight and presents incredibly well, and the car still wears its original flagship 15″ BBS wheels.
